Mini jewelry haul

In this post I'll be sharing with you guys the jewelry that I got from the Consumer fair last weekend. I didn't get a lot of things from EC-Fashion of course. Coz I don't think it's practical to buy so many necklaces and stuff in one go. Not like I'm stocking up for a fashion show or anything =/

"Okay I'll take this one..."

What I ended up getting!

B$8
We actually saw another necklace similar to this one but with just the keys and no keyholes so I chose this instead. Seems more complete that way hahah

B$6
Owl jewelry used to be really trendy a few seasons back. Now it's arm candy, right? But I still think owl anything is super cute!

B$6

I added the gold flower from this earring that I will show you below. Anyways I really love this particular one! The necklace goes really long till around my waist and I love the silver feather. There's also a real black feather which is hardly visible from this photo. I love feather jewelry too btw lol

B$4
Never owned any rings that required two fingers to fit so I got this. My reason for buying this is totally unjustified but who cares~

B$4
Because the ribbon is basically made of metal, this ring is kinda on the heavier side but it's cute so I got it!

Cutest pair of earrings evar! They're so tiny!

I bought these earrings at a small shop in Kiulap Mall. 3 pairs for B$10. As for the necklaces and rings, I know that they must have cost only a few dollars each from the wholesaler? Personally I don't mind the price because they are pretty cheap already but if you prefer on getting them for an even cheaper price I'd say try ebay. I found a few sellers which sells the exact ones for way cheaper!

I'm not one to wait for things that I want so I'd rather pay a higher price for something just to get my hands on them quicker! haha oh well. To each her own~

If you're interested in the necklaces and rings, I know Stary Stary Nite on facebook sells them too for roughly the same price. They will be available at the Tudung Saji in KB (pasar malam) during the celebration of His Majesty's birthday so do check them out!

Just for fun weekend

The siblings and I decided to go up to Bandar just to check out the Consumer fair at Bridex because we have never been to one before even though it has been around for what, 7 years?? lol The whole thing was really unplanned, one minute we were eating breakfast in the kitchen and the next I am applying my makeup ready to head out!

And I just remembered that me and Shala won some prizes from Skin79 from a quiz they made on their facebook page so we headed to Kiulap Mall first.

Coincidentally they were having that 50% off sale and this time their very famous Hot Pink BB Cream was on sale for B$19.95! Can't pass that up now can we? ;)

Me waiting for the lady to pass me my goodies lol

Funny story. While we were paying, Shala passed her B$20 and the cashier lady gave B$19.95 back as change! We were staring at the money she's handing to us with "wtf" written all over our faces. haha! Super funny but she's prolly new so that's okay. We got our correct amount of change back in the end.

Decided to get two of the Snail Nutrition BB Cream because I wanna try em out!

The back of the packaging. These girls are super gorgeous!

Made a quick stop at my fav store in Kiulap Mall, Shop at Sarah's!

I want one of each please thank you

Next door candy shop. They have these cute things which you can take pictures with!

For example lol

Bro Stephen and me.

Me and Shala at Teo Poi Hoon

Arm Candy of the day.

Just kidding. These are literally the only bracelets that I own. And they are gifted to me by Shala! Haha So basically I don't really own any bracelets at all. I've never been very much into bracelets but I'd like to be! Some other time maybe.

The Crowd at the Consumer Fair in Bridex

Surprisingly there were a lot of parking spaces when we reached there! I guess maybe it's because it was the last day and everyone has already been to the place? But it's still pretty crowded!

Hands down my favourite stall in the Consumer fair! From Ec-Fashion! Check out their facebook page! Everything is super cheap!

These necklaces ranges from B$6 - B$13. I have their facebook page since forever ago but never bought anything from them because I wasn't sure of the quality of their stuff. But now that I saw them in person, they are gorgeous!! These can easily go for far more expensive in Ego. I got a few things here which I will share with you guys in the near future so look out for that. ;D

Darker makeup for night time

I've always wanted to do a darker look whenever I'm going out but unfortunately I don't always go out at night where darker shades are more 'acceptable'. So I normally limit the amount of makeup I put on my face during the daytime. Anyhoos there wasn't much to do around the house a few afternoons ago so I grabbed my makeup brush and started painting my face.

Haha I can't help but take the before and after picture! I find it pretty amusing to see if there's any difference before and after I apply makeup.
This time around I used scotch tape for that sharp edge.

What I used for the eye makeup:

1) MAC Paint Pot in Blackground
- Used this as my base

2) Urban Decay Naked Palette Buck Eyeshadow
- Used above no. 3

3) MAC Venomous Villain My Dark Magic Eyeshadow
- I applied the dark pink shade on top of Blackground

4) NYX Ultra Pearl Mania in Pearl
- Inner corner highlight

On my face:

1) The Body Shop Tinted Glow Enhancer
- I got this eons ago and still love it very very much! It gives off this super pretty glow to your skin without looking too shimmery. I used this to highlight my cheekbones!

2) Garnier Light BB Eye Roll on
- Under eye concealer

3) L'Oreal True Match Foundation in Golden Vanilla

4) MAC blush in Fleur Power

5) MAC MSF Sunny in Nature
- I love this product!! I like that it's not too dark so I can use it all over my face as a bronzer without worrying about it making me look sun burnt! But this time I just used it to lightly contour my face especially around the erm.. double chin area lol

On my lips I'm wearing the ever trustable Revlon ColorBurst lipstick in Peach!

Revlon Grow Luscious Lash Liner in Emerald

If you don't already know I am really liking the Revlon Grow Luscious Lash Liners. They are extremely creamy and easy to slide on. I especially like the brown one for daytime use but I picked this up too because I don't have anything like this!

Revlon Grow Luscious Lash Liner in Emerald

Unlike the brown and black liner from the range, this one has gold glitters in them and they are so super gorgeous! I feel like this is made for nights when you're going out with your friends to a party or something. Very glam-ish color to use lol

Decided to play around with it and here's what I came up with. I went with plum colors as my eyeshadow and paired them with Emerald on my lower lash line. If only they came out with more colors for this range because I really like the formulation of these! I find that they smudge a little after a while because they are really quite creamy so what I normally do is bring this out with me when I'm out and about and just touch up when needed. If I'm lazy I'll just set the eyeliner with a green eyeshadow on top.

I'm using Stage's lipstick in Lavender Love. Think I went a little overboard on the blush haha coz they never seem to show up in my pictures so I piled them on this time around lol
